The Seminary is committed to a multi-dimensional formation process which focuses on the Human, Spiritual, Intellectual and Pastoral dimensions of formation.

Attention is given to all these dimensions over several stages which make up the propaedeutic, philosophy and theology stages of seminary formation.

Formation is synodal and all-encompassing and takes place within the context of community.
